Before I get into today's card, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you all so very much for all the support. I've been terribly sick the last week so I haven't been posting, but when I logged in today I couldn't believe the increased traffic to my blog over the last few days. Thank you all so much! I can't even begin to tell you how much it means to me.
Today's card features an older stamp set from Lawn Fawn (shocking, right?). This is one of my favourite mini sets that has been released so far, and to be completely honest I really don't use it as much as I should.
I used three shades of distress ink to fill in the tiny hearts stencil for the background, and was lucky enough to find a very close colour match for the panel on the card base.
This is one of those cards where I knew exactly what I wanted to do and it came together super fast. As much as I wish that were the case every time I make a card, I do enjoy the organic process of putting the card together and seeing how it turns out.
